– These prices are promotional booking directly at this website or by phone.

– These prices include taxes (VAT).

– Children younger than 4 years (included) stay with us for free.

– Cot, high chair and children’s bathtub are available (free of charge).

– We DO NOT admit pets (except guide dogs).

– Each reservation includes a limited amount of basic products, both for cleaning (kitchen paper, garbage bags, etc.) and hygiene (hand soap, bath gel, shampoo, etc.). Basic food products (oil, sugar , coffee, etc.) are provided as well.

– We have a shopping service. Ask us if you need it!.

– Take advantage of the following promotional prices for long stays (except during July, August, Easter and Christmas school holiday periods -according to the Castilla y León school calendar):

  • Please, note that cleaning service every 4 days under these long stay promotional prices has an additional cost of 40€ (per service).

Bookings

Bookings will not be considered effective until 100% of the total price has been paid. Please, read and pay attention to our cancellation policy.

In case of bank transfer, your booking will be formalized by the payment of the total amount (at least 48 hours before arrival date).

Cancellation policy

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date.
  • You will pay 50% of the total price if you cancel between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date.
  • You will pay 75% of the total price if you cancel between 6 and 2 days before the arrival date.
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before arrival date or you do not come on the scheduled arrival day, you will be charged 100% of the total price.
